Returns
We understand that skincare can be complicated, and we want you to feel confident with your purchases. As with all skincare products, your skin will take approximately two weeks to naturally adapt. Please be patient with your skin journey, as we ask that you wait the full two weeks to see the transformative results of our products. However, due to the nature of organic and natural skincare, any opened skincare products are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges due to cross contamination and hygiene considerations.
We honour a 14 day return policy provided that items purchased are returned in the same unopened condition they were received in and are in their original packaging. Please note, all shipping costs are non-refundable and will be the responsibility of the customer. To start a return, you can contact us on info@vertheritual.com with the reason for the return. We'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without requesting a return will not be accepted. Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment within 72 hours.
We are more than happy to replace or refund any of our products that are damaged in transit or arrival, and if your product is incorrect or faulty. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and ensure to record any information or proof of damage/fault, as any complimentary resolutions will not be granted after this period of time.
Only items purchased on our website www.vertheritual.com can be returned for refund or exchange if damaged, incorrect or faulty. Items purchased at any of our stockists must be returned to their original point of purchase.
