Shipping and handling
GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION :
• New Zealand & Australia : free standard shipping for all orders
• International : flat rate of $25 NZD for orders under $250 & free standard shipping for all orders over $250 NZD (excludes any import or customs fees and taxes)
All orders will be tracked and traced.
Please note: all currency is in NZD
Ensure to provide a correct and complete physical shipping address (delivery to a P.O. box is not valid), valid contact phone number, and email address when placing your order at checkout. Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES :
Please allow for up to 24 - 48 hours for order processing.
The estimated ground delivery time for standard shipments within 1-3 business days for New Zealand orders and 2-7 business days for Australian orders once shipped.
All our orders are shipped from our Auckland, New Zealand studio.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS :
For all our international orders, please note that your items may take up to 2 weeks to arrive.
Any additional duties, taxes, tariffs, and brokerage fees upon arrival/incurred at customs are not included in our shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. If your order is liable for import or customs fees, you will be contacted for payment by the relevant authorities once your item has reached the destination country. We will not be held liable for any unexpected delays and additional fees applied to or associated with international orders or shipments.

DELIVERY :
Please ensure the physical delivery address indicated at checkout is correct and complete.
You may be required to sign for deliveries made by registered mail and couriers.
We are not liable for :
• return shipping fees/fees to resend a shipment if our carrier is unable to deliver your order due to an incorrect address supplied by you.
• your refusal to pay any duties, taxes, tariffs, and/or brokerage fees incurred upon arrival/at customs.
• multiple failed attempts to reach you at point of delivery, or otherwise.
• delays caused by adverse weather conditions or the customs clearance process.
All shipping fees connected to returned products due to unsuccessful delivery are the customer's responsibility.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS :
If you would like to make any changes to your order or details, please contact info@vertheritual.com with your order number within 24 hours.
We will do our best to accommodate your request, however, we cannot make any changes or cancellations to your order once shipping confirmation has been issued.
LOST SHIPMENTS :
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a safe and secure delivery address, with correct and complete shipping information.
We are unable to replace orders due to incorrect shipping addresses, left, lost, or stolen packages.
Once we receive proof of delivery, we will not be held liable for lost packages.
DAMAGED, INCORRECT OR FAULTY GOODS :
We are more than happy to replace or refund any of our products that are damaged in transit or arrival, and if your product is incorrect or faulty. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and ensure to record any information or proof of damage/fault, as any complimentary resolutions will not be granted after this period of time.
